Tuesday, January 22, 2002, was an ordinary day for a hustler like
me. I’ve always started my day out talking to God, just like my
grandmother taught me. Then, I would make sure the house was supplied with what it needed to get started for the day. Still, on this day, I just wasn’t up for the hustling lifestyle. I was just stressed out. For one, the house had been uncommonly slow for about a week. I couldn’t pretend I didn’t know why though. I had purchased some bad drugs.
